Бронетранспортер ГАЗ-5923 - "БТР-90"
Технические особенности
БТР-90 превосходит своих предшественников по мобильности, вооружению и степени защиты.
Полноприводный бронетранспортер оснащен 510-сильным двигателем, гидромеханической коробкой передач, независимой подвеской. Использование бортовой схемы трансмиссии позволило значительно уменьшить радиус поворота машины, что повысило ее маневренность.
Машина имеет высочайшие показатели по проходимости, позволяющие передвигаться с высокой скоростью по пересеченной местности, преодолевать сходу водные преграды, двигаться передним и задним ходом с одинаковой скоростью.
Увеличенный ход подвески значительно повысил плавность хода. БТР-90 – первый среди российских колесных бронетранспортеров, на котором применена двухместная башенная установка со стабилизированным вооружением в составе 30-миллиметровой автоматической пушки, спаренного пулемета ПКТ, гранатомета и комплексом противотанковых управляемых ракет.
Боевой расчет бронетранспортера – 10 человек. Высокая степень защиты, пулестойкие шины сохраняют возможность движения даже при полном повреждении четырех колес, - сообщается в распространённом ОАО "ГАЗ" пресс-релизе.
Большая грузоподъемность позволяет создать на базе БТР-90 семейство машин для различных родов войск с возможностью установки различных систем вооружения и оборудования.
В настоящее время проходит процедура постановки бронетранспортера на вооружение в войсках Российской Федерации.
